Are pets allowed? 

No

Who do I call if I have questions during my event? 
What fees are included? 

The event center rental fee includes: the venue site, 200-person tent, lights, parking, upper & lower lawn. Per the license – There is an additional fee for tables, chairs, portable bathrooms, bartending service (please see the list of preferred vendors), catering (please see the list of preferred vendors).

Are there any noise or music restrictions for the event? 

Local noise ordinance will be followed for music unless a special permit is provided from the City of Buckeye. BWCDD reserves the right to restrict the kind of music played if it, at the discretion of BWCDD, is considered to be offensive.

What is the cancellation and refund policy? 

Please reach out to BWCDD to discuss the cancelation and refund policy.

Is the event accessible for people with disabilities? 

Yes, the event is accessible for people with disabilities but there is no pavement only gravel.

How far away is parking? 

There is some parking immediately adjacent to the upper lawn that can accommodate 48 vehicles and has 6 ADA parking locations with an additional 138 vehicle parking spots around the perimeter of the upper lawn. Total parking availability for 192 vehicles

Are there any nearby accommodations for out-of-town guests? 

There are hotels available in Buckeye, AZ – the closest will be off of Watson & I10 fwy (e.g. Home2 Suites by Hilton Buckeye Phoenix)

Can we decorate the space and are there any restrictions on decorations? 

Yes, you may decorate within the guidance provided in the license agreement.

How far in advance do I need to book? 

The months with the cooler weather are more likely to fill fast.

Do I need to provide my own security detail? 
  • Yes, high profile events must provide security detail.
  • Additionally, the liquor license may have requirements for a security detail.
