  • Buckeye Water Conservation & Drainage District will provide a license agreement to rent the venue. License agreement must be signed and returned to BWCDD with a 50% non-refundable deposit to book a date.
  • Licensee must provide valid certificate of insurance with BWCDD listed as additionally insured for the day of the event.
  • Alcohol Rules
    • Licensor is the only entity allowed to provide alcohol at events held at the Event Space. If bar services are required for the Event, Licensor has the exclusive right to provide these services and will provide such services if requested. The sale and service of alcohol requires a separate fee, which will be determined by Schedule B attached to the license agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, non-profit organizations may provide their own beer and wine, which will be served by Licensor. Please see the bartending packages from our preferred vendor: Vonet’s Bartending Service.
  • Open at 8:00am Close at midnight. We require music to be shut off by 10:00pm. Clean up commences at 10pm to be completed by close at midnight. If clean-up is not completed by midnight, there will be an additional $500 late penalty charge.
  • Max Occupancy – 300
  • The upper lawn is 30,000 sq/ft with a 2400 sq/ft tent with a capacity of 200 people. The Tent has an option to have sides installed for wind block or to increase the ambiance.
  • The lower lawn is 54,000 sq/ft and is allowed to be used in addition to the upper lawn. There will be no parking allowed around the lower lawn.
  • Unless otherwise agreed to in the license agreement and indicated as covered within the certificate of insurance, the pond will be a visual amenity only.

The event center rental fee includes: the venue site, 200-person tent, lights, parking, upper & lower lawn. Per the license – There is an additional fee for tables, chairs, portable bathrooms, bartending service (please see the list of preferred vendors), catering (please see the list of preferred vendors).

Local noise ordinance will be followed for music unless a special permit is provided from the City of Buckeye. BWCDD reserves the right to restrict the kind of music played if it, at the discretion of BWCDD, is considered to be offensive.

Yes, the event is accessible for people with disabilities but there is no pavement only gravel.

There is some parking immediately adjacent to the upper lawn that can accommodate 48 vehicles and has 6 ADA parking locations with an additional 138 vehicle parking spots around the perimeter of the upper lawn. Total parking availability for 192 vehicles

There are hotels available in Buckeye, AZ – the closest will be off of Watson & I10 fwy (e.g. Home2 Suites by Hilton Buckeye Phoenix)

Yes, you may decorate within the guidance provided in the license agreement.
